A small sigh passed through his lips as the ocean breeze blew on his bare upper arms and fingertips. Soul shivered a bit as he tugged up the rainbow stockings under his skirt. "Kyaaah... I wish I would've worn my boy's uniform today! " he cried out, biting his lip as he sat on a log.
It was evening, normally his eyes would've turned into a shade of reddish-brown by now, but due to the brilliant blood red sun sinking into the ocean infront of him; it's bright rays reflecting off the sparkling sea, his eyes were a light shade of green. He smiled shyly to himself, enjoying the pretty sight.
Reds, pinks, and oranges surrounded the sun. He always loved this part of the day, it was always so pretty and peaceful, due to most of the students being in their dorms by now.
As much as he loved the calming sounds of the ocean and the gulls crying off in the distance, he felt a bit lonely for now.

While Soul was busy staring out as the sunset, Thomas was zoned out walking on the edge of the cliff above him thinking about nothing in particular, his mind jumping from topic to topic so fast it would make the average person's head spin. As a result, if you followed his train of thought, you'd get a story about him dueling Anti-spiral with Zoids to stop the ARK from crashing into Libera and raining space colony-fragments down upon Ragol while Eggman and Lelouch played chess for control of the universe. . . Yes, you read that right.
Anywho, as Thomas was hair deep in daydreams, he wasn't paying particular attention to where he was going, and was now walking along the edge of the cliff. With a subtle sound, the stone beneath his right foot gave way and he began his downward decent. "Son of a. . ." But that last word got jammed in his throat as his downward acceleration pulled him to the side and he fell to the sands below.
With a muted thump, Thomas landed awkwardly on his head and right shoulder, legs in the air, his long silver hair splayed across the sand, his cards drifting lazily down to Earth with a repeated swooshing sound. It was then that he noticed that there was someone sitting on the log in front of him. "Eh, hello there," he said, embarrassed at his current predicament, in a loose English accent he'd had since he could remember.

"I-it's cold... " Soul mumbled to himself, bringing his hands to his mouth, making his hot breath blow against the slender fingers. His green eyes continued to stare at the setting sun, noticing that the sky was slowly turning to a black-blue.
"N-no come back Sun-san...! " he cried out, unaware of the boy falling down the cliff. He held his arms out, as if he was trying to beckon the sun to come back up and keep him warm. He let out a small sigh as he noticed a few twinkling stars in the darkening sky, the moon wasn't out yet though.
He was just about to get up off the log, smoothing the short white skirt out as he raised his bottom off the bumpy log. He blinked, seeing a smaller boy on his head and shoulders.
"Eh, hello there..."
Soul blinked then ran over to the other 'boy', "Kyaaah...Are you alright?! " He asked, offering a hand to pull him up, a faint blush showing up well on his pale cheeks, his omg dazzling now hazel eyes sparkling with worry.

Wordlessly, Thomas rolled over onto his feet and stood up, brushing the sand off his uniform. "Don't worry, I'm durable," he said, not noticing the thin crimson trickle making it's way down from the right side of his head, though his elbow felt oddly warm...he quickly glanced down at his right elbow and noticed that the dark blue fabric was getting slightly darker. " 'Scuse me," he said, dashing over to the water and unbuttoning his sleeve so that he could pull it up over his elbow. Somehow, he had managed to skin his elbow through his blazer; yeah, go figure. After washing the blood off in the sea water, ignoring the stinging that the salt-water brought, he pulled a kerchief from his pocket and began to awkwardly bind it to stop the bleeding.
After about 30 seconds of his failing to properly tie a knot with one hand he gave up, frustrated, and noticed that it had already scabbed over. That was about the time he noticed a small patch of red among the silver of his hair. Well that's just great, it'll take forever to wash that blood out of my hair.

Soul blinked, stepping back a bit when the boy stood up. "A-are you sure?! I-I mean... what happened?! I-I was over there and then I look and you're on your shoulders and and you could've broken your neck from the position you were in and and...." the pretty boy babbled on, his hands grabbing the sides of his head, gently tugging at his hair.
He blinked, seeing the other wash his elbow with salt water. "Ah! T-that stings bad doesn't it?! Oh, are you sure you're okay?!" he asked, moving a bit closer to him. Soul then blinked, now noticing him trying... and failing to tie a handkerchief around his elbow. " L-let me help you with that..." he murmured, reaching out to try to tie it, then noticed tht it had already scabbed over.
"O-oh... D-do you still want me to tie it?" the boy asked, ignoring the fact that he didn't even ask for his help. "Oh, how rude of me... I'm Soul Yagami!... P-people call me Soul Silver just to be lame... heh... What's your's?"

(Sorry for the shortness and lateness, I recently had a root canal, so I'm not feeling 100%)
Thomas's face began to turn red when he saw how close the 'girl' had gotten to him. "No thanks, it'll be fine now that the bleeding's stopped." Thomas stood up and faced the girl who had just offered her help. "My name's Thomas, Thomas Ashford. It's a pleasure to meet you Soul Yagami-san."

(That's fine, if you're not feeling well that's understandable ^^") " A-are you sure" Soul whimpered, biting his lip as he gently grabbed his arm, and then let go, blushing like mad when he realized he was beeing too friendly. "Ahhh, yeah I-I guess... I-I shouldn't worry... Ahhh! I'm sorry that I've been so touchy f-feely and worrying over a scrape...I-I'm being silly!" The boy babbled on, again, and bowed apologetically.
"Ah, Thomas-kun! N-nice to meet you!... Ahhh... Am I allowed to call you by your first name? I-If not, I'm sorry Ashford-kun!" He said bowing again. Soul blinked, feeling feeling his striped stocking slowly slide down his leg, then quickly pulled it up back to the middle of his thigh. "So..." the pretty boy said, twirling his dark hair in his fingers, "Oh, you can just call me Soul... Heh. Y-you don't... have to call me Yagami-san..."

(OoC:thanks for understanding)
"Iie, iie, it's fine." Thomas said poorly mixing his English and Japanese. "You can call me whatever you wish, Soul-san." A gentile breeze drifted lazily past them as the sun sank below the horizon, causing Thomas's white hair to waft in the breeze. The sand darkening quickly as the sun disappearance, soon the only light for the two of them was the stars above, this being the night of the new moon. "It's, uh, it's getting late," Thomas was getting nervous, he didn't know how to act around girls, "I'll walk you back to your dorm." Meeting Soul's eyes, Thomas continued, "so, uh, which way?"

(Not a problem ^_^) "Ah! Good, I-I don't want to offend anyone, heh." he said, giving the boy a gentle smile. He shivered again as the breeze hit his bare skin, "I-it's kinda chilly out today..." he murmured to himself, looking back at the ocean, smiling sadly at the sight of the sun disappearing into the horizon.
His eyes slowly started to turn to a reddish brown as the light disappeared, and the sky turned black-blue. Soul glanced over at his watch, then pouting when he remembered that it was an analog clock and that he couldn't see. He blinked when Thomas spoke, and nodded nervously. "Ahh... it is!.." the boy said, biting his lip as he wrapped his arms around his lithe body. "Eh? N-no! You don't have to worry about me! I-I can walk home myself... B-but since... y-you're offering I guess..." he mumbled, his face flushed when the two met each other's eyes.
" W-well I-I'm in Red so over there!" He said, pointing in the general direction of the dorm. "I guess, just follow me...heh.". Soul then started to walk, his heels sinking into the sand with each step.

Letting Soul lead the way, Thomas walked on her right and just behind her. The sand shifted awkwardly under his feet as he matched her pace. The silence was all encompassing, settling down upon Thomas's senses in a most uncomfortable way. And yet, he was unsure as to what he should say, and so just allowed the silence to continue.

Soul bit his lip, his now red eyes glancing up at the dark sky, smiling sweetly at the twinkling stars. "Ahhh...ummm...err..." Soul mumbled, trying to think of something to talk about, feeling incredibly awkward at the moment. Right before he stepped onto the road, his foot awkwardly twisted in the sand, making him stumble foward, banging his chin on the dirt road. "Owww..." he whimpered, standing up, gently rubbing off the dirt, wincing in pain.
"Ah, so um... w-what do you like to do for fun? O-other than duel! I mean, if you didn't like dueling you wouldn't be here right? Heh heh..." he murmured, looking away from him, rubbing his hands against his upper arms, trying to warm himself. "I-it's so chilly today isn't it? Heh heh..." the boy said, trying to start up a few questions, what just made him feel more awkward.
