Looks: Seren is a stern looking woman, with high cheekbones, thin lips and a pronounced upturned nose. Her charcoal eyes almost always harbour a mischievous glint in them. She only wears make-up on rare occasions.
Her body is toned with few womanly curves to speak of, with the exception of her d-cup breasts. She is also lightly tanned.
Her short, dull, black hair is nothing spectacular. Seren usually keeps it pulled back in a small ponytail on the top of her head.
Normally Seren wears the standard school uniform done up along with black pantyhose and loafers. If not wearing that, then she usually sports an interchangeable combo of oversized t-shirts, capris or jeans, thong sandals and flat boots.

Personality: While Seren may look stern and intimidating at first, underneath her exterior is an outgoing, fun loving woman with a passion for duelling. She is calm and straightforward when teaching and also quite strict. Completely opposite to the strong, focused beast she becomes, equipped with a loud mouth and a fiery spirit when she duels.
Most of her old rebellious ways have long since been locked away, she still can’t resist the occasionally fistfight (even with the possibility of being fired for it.) She treats her students with respect and presents no elitism towards any of the dorms.
Seren deals with her personal problems silently. If you were to talk to her it would seem like she had no immediate problems of her own. However, she is fervent when dealing with the problems of others, especially those of her students and friends.
While teaching may seem like a strange choice for someone like Seren, she chose the profession to better herself as a person, and since joining the Academy, a duellist.
History: Seren was once an exchange student coming from Egypt to Japan to study. With no self-discipline, she eventually became unruly and rebellious. She started her own gang, and got into constant fights. Her grades dropped, and after being threatened with the inevitable expulsion and deportation, she wisened up. The last thing Seren wanted was to go back home.
Soon after graduating Seren found out about the world of duelling and was enthralled with it. Buying boosters and creating a deck all of her own. She went to small tournaments and won money to pay for her college tuition.
And finally, the day came when she was offered a position as a teacher at the prestigious Duel Academy. Her hard work had finally paid off, and Seren readily accepted.
